We are looking for a talented Growth and Operations Marketing Specialist to lead our growth marketing strategies. This person will focus on finding new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals. This person is also responsible for keeping the marketing team operations running smoothly.


  • Create user journeys that help achieve NCS strategic growth, messaging and branding goals
  • Evaluate and measure user journeys to inform marketing and sales strategies
  • Develop and execute a growth and prospect strategy that optimizes marketing conversion paths and drives key business metrics, including sales qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue
  • Create, manage and regularly optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action and lead-generating forms
  • A/B test and learn to improve and continually measure the performance of our key conversion assets
  • Evaluation and management of marketing automation and process tools
  • Implement, document, and follow up on lead routing and validation process, including providing training materials and content to the sales team for follow-up, ultimately resulting in a consistent lead process
  • Create ad hoc reports and analysis on past sales, sales channels, product lines, marketing campaigns, pipeline reports, etc to drive demand generation activities, ultimately resulting in additional revenue for clients
  • Support the marketing team processes to help the team work effectively together.
  • Craft key sales and marketing material that lead to closed deals, meetings, conversations and in any form leads
  • Regular analysis and reporting of key marketing metrics, including but not limited to emails, content, and website via dashboards and other methods
  • Adoption and distribution of sales and marketing materials to the NCS organization, including document version management
  • Be a constant source of ideas and concepts that are applied, invested in, or managed to create leads, meetings, and ultimately sales
  • Be a strategic player to make all the NCS marketing lead/journey opportunities
  • Support other marketing functions including press releases, internal presentations, case studies, and eventmaterials
  • Encourage a healthy culture by promoting/planning team building activities across the organization


  • 3+ years experience in growth marketing.
  • SEO experience a plus
  • Paid advertising execution a plus


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge/usage of HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification a plus)
  • Basic knowledge/usage of and/or other CRMs and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Ability to talk to external clients, partners, and vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
