Client Consulting Senior Analyst—Advertiser


We’re hiring a Client Solutions Senior Analyst on the Client Consulting team. The Client Consulting team works directly with our advertiser clients in the CPG & Retail industry. The Client Solutions Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to work with advertisers and agencies on familiar brand names, assisting with developing and delivering actionable insights and recommendations that are aligned with brand strategy and research objectives. In addition to working on challenging projects as part of a collaborative team, the Client Consulting organization represents the voice of the client within NCS to drive product quality and innovation within this fast-paced industry.


  • Independently manage day-to-day tasks and communication related to targeting, optimization, and measurement projects, engaging with junior- and mid-level client and agency contacts and supporting client needs with a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and excellent client service
  • Responsible for end-to-end implementation of the target audience delivery process, including building audiences using NCS proprietary systems, activating and managing delivery throughout the digital ecosystem, and monitoring data quality
  • Pull and analyze purchase data trends and dynamics in NCS data to provide insights and strategic recommendations
  • Own aspects of the measurement and optimization process, including exposure collection, study set up, interpreting results, and developing the presentation with actionable recommendations
  • Set up data for use in data enhancement solutions, such as profiling and analytics, look-a-like modeling, and similar data initiatives
  • Establish proficiency as a power user of NCS’ proprietary data and tools and demonstrate understanding and application of NCS products and methodologies; demonstrate the ability to explain fundamentals to clients
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Consulting team and coordinate with other internal teams as needed to deliver best-in-class solutions and servicing for our clients


  • 2-3 years of experience at an agency, research, or data company in the Advertising, Marketing, or Media fields, in a role responsible for strategy, performance, research, and/or consumer insights
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing media/marketing research, measurement, and data to develop actionable insights and recommendations to inform client’s advertising campaign decisions
  • Client facing experience preferred
  • Understand programmatic ecosystem, media planning, and investment, and targeting


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and effective project and task- management skills
  • Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of proactive, strategic thinking
  • Ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple client demands with consistent quality and excellence
  • Critical thinker that can identify alternative approaches to challenging questions/issues
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information effectively
