Client Consulting AnalysT—Advertiser TEAM

We’re hiring a Client Consulting Analyst to build and manage our client’s targets and day-to-day management of measurement projects, with oversight from the Manager/Sr. Manager. The analyst will be a part of a collaborative team, working with advertisers and agencies on familiar brand names and delivering product quality and innovation within the fast-paced industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage day-to-day purchase-based audience targets for activation across all media types digital, social, and video,  field requests from the client, leverage expertise of NCSolutions’ proprietary system to build targets, and manage execution to the end destinations
  • Assist the Manager/Sr. Manager in pulling and analyzing NCS data to deliver audience insights and demonstrate an ability to translate campaign objectives into targeting recommendations
  • Learn the NCS optimization and measurement process and methodology, oversee exposure collection for projects, and assist with project management
  • Develop an understanding of NCS data, products, and tools, and become a power user of NCS targeting data and tools
    Independently manage basic workflows within the targeting and measurement processes, completing tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
  • Interact with junior-level client and agency contacts in the CPG and Retail industry, supporting client needs with a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and excellent client service
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests, answer questions, and provide basic technical support and analysis
  • Engage other NCS teams as needed in order to proactively resolve client issues

 EXPERIENCE: 

  • 0-3 years experience in a client-facing and/or analytical role
  • Experience with programmatic ecosystem preferred

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple tasks with consistent quality and excellence
  • Professional oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information effectively
